7. Refund and Revision Policy
We strive to ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, revision or refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

1. Full Refund: May be requested before the initial concept, design, or service deliverable is provided.
2. 66% Refund: Available if requested within 48 hours of initial delivery.
3. 33% Refund: Available if requested between 48 and 120 hours after delivery.
4. No Refund: Refunds will not be issued after 120 hours except under exceptional circumstances.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. We will respond within 10 business days. Revisions are permitted within the scope defined in the service agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
8. Service Delivery

1. Project timelines are defined in the service agreement. Any anticipated delays will be communicated promptly.
2. Expedited or rush services may be available for an additional fee, subject to scheduling and resource availability.
3. Final deliverables will be accessible through the designated client portal or delivery channel. Clients must notify our support team promptly if access issues arise.

9. Limitation of Liability
Earth H20 Digital Architecture Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external software integrations.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients must first contact our Dispute Resolution Department to seek internal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall proceed to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction as defined by governing regulations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within the relevant territory, as mutually determined based on the nature of the dispute.
